• Day one $18 per hour

• Wage differential for night shift: An additional $1.75/hr between 12am-6am

 Job Summary:

· This position requires education and experience equivalent to a high school diploma; and completion of occupational-specific training.

· You must possess a valid Montana Driver’s License and be insurable for operation of company vehicles. You must be able and willing to transport consumers.

· The atmosphere is often intense and fast paced. A daily positive outlook and upbeat manner is essential.

· You must be capable of giving, receiving, interpreting and applying, verbal and/or written instructions and directions. You must possess good work habits including, but not limited to, honesty, punctuality, and the ability to manage time and information.

· You must be able to safely lift or manipulate up to 50 pounds and face challenges in the work area with enthusiasm and common sense.

· You must be able to participate in the routine operations of the Clearance Store ie pick up donation items from community members for thrift store, transport bins with donated items between thrift stores and to Clearance, take trash runs to the dump, sort and stock items at Clearance store and provide customer service in the store.

· Ability to acquire knowledge of the habilitation process, which supports and encourages teaching and training skills and community work integration.

· This position also requires an understanding of effective teamwork, and the sharing of responsibilities and ideas

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 10AM-6PM
