Flatcreek Restaurants is Hiring a Restaurant Manager Near BOLIVAR, MO
To be successful as an assistant manager you should have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service. You should be someone who leads by example, both in how you interact with your team as well as how to support our guests.
You will also assume a variety of responsibilities and duties such as hiring restaurant staff, training, overseeing food quality, as well as greeting and serving restaurant guests and supporting service. Below is a more extensive list of your expected duties.
JOB DUTIES:
- Deliver exceptional guest services
- Ensuring guest satisfaction
- Respond efficiently to customer questions and complaints
- Manage and lead staff
- Help develop hourly and salary staff
- Terminate employees when necessary
- Assist with training and staff performance evaluations
- Assist with maintaining food and labor costs
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Ideally, 2 years of experience as a Manager or similar role
- Ideally, 3 years of experience in customer service management
- Extensive food knowledge
- Computer literacy
- Familiarity with restaurant management software
- Experience in event planning
- Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills
