Shipping and Receiving Specialist – we are Flat Fee Shipping - a fast growing e-commerce direct to consumer and Amazon fulfillment company, looking for energetic people to help us in shipping and receiving our clients' customer orders. We are looking for immediate full-time help. Full time is Monday through Friday, first shift.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Take a leading role in several aspects of managing the company inventory

- We are a local multi-warehouse operation. Help with managing the daily inventory transfer process between warehouses.

- Lead the process of daily/weekly/monthly/annual inventory cycle counts

- Be an integral part of the warehouse design regarding inventory locations

- Assist with managing stock rotation based on lot # and expiration dates, observing FILO or other best practices

- Must be available to work first shift

- Full-time position available

REQUIREMENTS
Equivalent work experience in high-volume pick/pack warehouse or fulfillment operations a plus but not required

• Positive attitude with a can-do spirit is essential
• Must be self-motivated with the desire to always look for process improvements
• Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and written while coordinating with many other team members at various levels of responsibility
• Attention to detail a must
• Some computer experience
