Work Environment: in office with some virtual options

Rate of Pay: TBD based on experience and skill, but between $18.26/hr. and $26.44/hr.

Job Vision and Purpose

The Loan Officer Assistant will support Loan Officers on The McRae Mortgage Team by maximizing systems and processes in Operations, Marketing and Sales that guides our clients (strategic partners) and customers (mortgagers; borrowers) into and through the mortgage funnel (4 simple steps) to their desired closing that ultimately leads to greater team function (win at work and home), the ability to serve more individuals (scalability), making a larger impact (generosity) in the communities we serve.

Program Knowledge

• Proficient in email management and Microsoft Office Programs
• Confident in exploring Database Management programs such as SureFire
• Confident in exploring new mortgage specific software and presentation tools such as Surefire and nCinco

Operations

• Liaison between the Title Companies and The McRae Mortgage Team
• Liaison between the Customer and the LOs 
• Overcome obstacles by anticipating issues and providing proactive communication, including providing responses to emails sent by the Processor, Closer, Clients and Customers presented during the last 10-15 business days of the transaction. This keeps the LO out of the minutia and allows him/her to continue with starting NEW loans.
• Coordinate Purchase and Refinance Closings with Customers, Title Companies, Real Estate Agents and the operations team 
• Open Files and Run Credit
• Review 1003
• Set up Shadow Files
• Pipeline Management
• Create and update reports/metrics
• Proactively Ensure files are hitting deadlines

Marketing

• Increase Survey Responses to 65% of all closed loans
• Schedule Consultations
• Gather, Prepare and Send Success Stories monthly for Clients and Business Contacts according to TMMT Connection Plan 
• Execute Defined Marketing/Connection Plan 
• Create/Administrate Proactive Mortgage Under Management Program (Goal: 10 Apps/Month)
