Salary: $45,000 base salary with benefits, health insurance, company vehicle, and bonuses based on hitting growth goals.

We are also uniquely suited to rework and repair jobs associated with the thermoforming and decorative tooling markets. We provide top-quality services in all machined components. Our expertise extends to metal, plastics, and composite materials.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Proactively acquire new customers through digital and physical cold calling.
  • Identify opportunities that align with Flare Precision’s strengths and the customer’s needs.
  • Learn what the customer is trying to accomplish and apply the strengths of Flare Precision to add value.
  • Track and document the work you have done.
  • Achieve growth goals and targets.
