Flair Electronics is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales

Inside Sales - Electronic Products

Flair Electronics is seeking a Inside Sales person to join our team. This role will be responsible for the following:
Manage and grow sales

  • Learn and understand all products and their use in a variety of applications and markets
  • Identify new opportunities for sales and account management
  • Call customers and prospects to sell products
  • Manage and maintain CRM database
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers
  • Coordinate with Marketing and Engineering to ensure the correct product is being used in the field
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred, but not required.

  • 3 years of experience in sales, preferably electronic products
  • Commitment to service that exceeds customer expectations every time.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Able to set goals and achieve success

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • 401(k)
  • Paid time off

  • 2 years

Shift:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus opportunities
