Flagstop is the largest locally owned and operated car wash company in central Virginia. This key position will manage the overall operations of one of our car wash facilities.

Job Responsibilities are as follows:*

• Safely provide an excellent service experience for our customers
• Responsible for overall store safety, employee orientation, performance management, training, development, scheduling, and inventory
• An hourly position with approximately 40 hours per week

We are looking for candidates who:

• Desire to manage in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
• Exercise hands-on leadership and set the example
• Have a strong desire to drive revenue through customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, and increased business.
• Willingness to learn and develop.

• Minimum of 2 years of management experience.
• Car wash, quick-serve restaurant, or other related experience a plus
• Experience managing a group of 10-20 employees, preferred.
• Experience in a position that dealt with customer's face to face
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Strong work ethic and motivation
• Basic computer skills
• A valid state driver's license
• Bilingual (Spanish) is not required but, it is a plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Shift:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Morning shift

Weekly day range:

• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday
