Responsibilities
PTA responsibilities daily rehab treatment sessions per established Plan of Care and under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. Daily billing and documentation completed for residents on caseload electronically via Net Health (formally Optima HCS), adhering to a weekly productivity of 90%.
Physical demands of the position require good physical and mental health status as the position requires walking/standing most of the day, lifting, transferring, and pushing residents and equipment.
Qualifications
This position requires an associate degree from an APTA approved college program, State License for the state in which services are being provided and CPR. Employee must be dependable and demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the residents served.
