In this role you will be a part of the Coordinated Opioid Recovery (CORe) program. CORe is a multi-agency, multidisciplinary system of care that includes Community Paramedics, Behavioral Health Counselors, Certified Peer Recovery Specialists, and medication management providers to address the Opioid crisis. You will manage a caseload of individuals seeking peer recovery support services. Your work includes peer coaching, developing recovery plans, providing resources, collaborating with the team on care plan goals, and outreach.
