Job Purpose: As an Assembler you will play a crucial role in the production process by assembling various furniture and equipment products according to established specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diversified and intricate assembly operations on a variety of furniture and equipment products.
• Read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate assembly.
• Place parts in specified relationship to each other and secure them using hand tools, power tools, and other assembly equipment.
• Check assembled products for quality and completeness, ensuring adherence to established standards and specifications.
• Make adjustments and modifications to assembled products as needed to meet quality standards and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to coordinate workflow and address any issues or concerns that arise during the assembly process.
• Follow all safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Maintain good housekeeping in work area to ensure cleanliness and organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and specifications.
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with others.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods of time.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, heat, and dust.
• Must wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
