We would love for YOU to become part of our awesome team! The training is approximately 60 to 90 days and consists of an extensive hands-on-learning experience in all aspects of property management. Using our robust policies and procedures manual as our training guide, each candidate will be able to secure their own office with little to no direction after completion of the program. Candidates may be required to travel during the training period to our communities in Illinois, Missouri, Kansas and/or Florida. A competitive hourly range and travel expenses will be paid during the apprenticeship training program. Upon successful completion of the program, the Property Community Manager candidates will be assigned to a community. Our portfolio of communities is one of the nicest in the nation. Property Community Managers act as the liaison between the owners and tenants. Specific training on the duties and responsibilities of the position is provided by our experienced team members during the apprentice program: Training will include but not limited to the following Property Management duties and responsibilities: * Collect Rent * Inspect Community and Homes * Event Planning (i.e., Open Houses) * Basic Administrative Tasks (Computer Skills) * Community Maintenance Management * Positive Resident Relations and Addressing Resident Complaints * Effectuate and Reinforce Community Rules and Regulations * Initiate and Deliver Rule Violations, and Delinquency Notices * Legal and Eviction protocols Sales Training: * Show Homes * Resident Approvals/Background Checks * Preparation of Sales/Lease Contracts * Promotions and Financing. * Customer Service (Internal/External) Benefits: * 401K * Fair Housing Training * Safety Training * Electives Training Dynamic communication skills, time management, multitasking, sales, strong work ethic, conflict resolution and problem solving are also a must.
