Job Description:
As the Manager of our Champagne Bar, you will be the driving force behind the ultimate champagne experience. You will be the keeper of the culture, the greatest showperson, the ultimate shmoozer. We're not just looking for someone to manage operations; we want a dynamic leader who can inspire a team to achieve greatness while maximizing the opportunity to sign up club memberships, grow sales, generate new revenue streams, sell tickets to events, etc.. If you're passionate about champagne, you love to sell, and you love to shmooze and put on a show for guests, this is the job for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of dedicated bartenders and servers, setting the standard for exceptional service, ensuring Fizz's core values and standards are always observed.
- Create a captivating and memorable ambiance that sets our bar apart from the rest. Put on a shower each time you are working
- Promote and sell club memberships with enthusiasm and creativity, using your persuasive skills to maximize sign-ups.
-Lead the team to sell club memberships
- Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to attract champagne enthusiasts and club members.
- Ensure the bar's financial success by controlling costs, managing inventory, and optimizing profitability.
- Foster relationships with champagne suppliers and distributors to expand our selection.
- Organize and host special events, tastings, and exclusive club member gatherings.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and responsible alcohol service.
- Continuously train and motivate staff to provide exceptional service and meet membership sign-up goals.
- Address customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and dedication.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a salesperson, or manager level roll in sales or management in hospitality.
- Passion for champagne and a deep knowledge of champagne varieties and brands.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities, with a track record of successfully driving membership or sales goals.
- Creative and innovative thinker with the ability to develop unique promotions and events.
- Proficient in bar management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Alcohol service certification (e.g., TIPS).
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
