We are currently looking for a full-time Appointment Setter to join our fast-paced and growing company. While appliance knowledge is not required, it would be a plus. Key Responsibilities:

• Listen to voicemails and return calls promptly.
• Answer phones efficiently to schedule service appointments according to service technician availability and location.
• Coordinate rescheduling of customers once parts are back in stock, aligning with technician availability.
• Communicate proactively with customers via phone, text, or email to provide appointment updates.
• Manage new service calls generated by other schedulers, ensuring smooth appointment booking.
• Provide accurate ETA estimates to customers per Company policy.
• Ensure technician routes are optimized daily for efficient service.

Qualifications:

• Must have a cell phone.
• Strong knowledge of the DFW area.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Sales experience is a plus.
