Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
• Evaluate and Quote work needing repaired
• Respond promptly to service requests and resolve issues efficiently.
• Install fixtures, appliances, and equipment as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a handyman or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of general maintenance techniques and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a logical approach to troubleshooting.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
• Basic Handyman tools required
