Position: Estimator

• An individual who is excited to be a part of a close-knit team that supports one another, family, and the community. Compensation is on an industry competitive salary basis to further encourage a team-built environment with room to grow, continue education and cross train within.

Responsibilities Include:

• Prepare damage reports accurately and efficiently
• Negotiate with insurance partners to reach an agreed repair price
• Obtain proper authorizations with signatures and POA
• Work closely with Direct Repair Programs and dealerships
• Effectively communicate repair status to clients and insurance partners
• Efficiently complete supplements and review all final bills prior to car delivery
• Make every effort to provide the ultimate customer experience to our clients

Monthly required safety compliant meetings are conducted to keep the team educated and personal protective equipment is provided and readily available to all. Pay: $65,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
