The Opportunity

We are actively seeking to add an Environmental Services Director to join our team. The Director of Environmental Services will be responsible for the operations of the Environmental Services Department including the formulation of policies and procedures for the department, overall supervision of all personnel and maintenance of a level of services which is consistent with all applicable regulations. In this role, you will also be responsible for maintaining a current working knowledge of staff activities and staff as appropriate to ensure a clean, orderly, and attractive community.

What You’ll Do

Planning And Coordinating

  • Maintain the community's equipment and grounds.
  • Keep accurate maintenance records.
  • Maintain physical plant safety.
  • Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
  • Supervise maintenance and housekeeping staff.

What You’ll Bring

Experience & Education

  • Five (5) years related experience and/or training experience preferred.
  • Formal training and knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, painting, HVAC, refurbishing and cleaning. Demonstrated effective supervisory/leadership experience.
  • Demonstrates effective time management and task prioritization skills.
