Service Advisor
Duties:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
- Generate service orders and provide estimates for repairs
- Communicate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient repairs
- Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicle repairs
- Upsell additional services and products as appropriate
- Process customer payments and maintain accurate records
Skills:
- Experience working in a dealership or automotive service environment
- Strong service writing skills with the ability to accurately document vehicle issues
- Knowledge of vehicle repair and mechanical systems
- Sales skills to effectively upsell additional services and products
- Ability to align customer needs with appropriate automotive services
- Mechanical knowledge to understand and explain repairs to customers
- Familiarity & knowledge of powersports products is a plus
- Previous experience in sales is a plus
