**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our organization's IT systems and networks. **Duties:** - Install and configure software and hardware - Respond to IT support requests and provide timely solutions - Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues - Set up and maintain computer networks, including VPNs and firewalls - Perform routine maintenance on IT systems - Collaborate with IT team members to enhance system efficiency **Qualifications:** - Proficiency in Windows, Mac OS, Linux operating systems - Experience with software troubleshooting tools like ServiceNow and Remedy - Knowledge of computer hardware components and peripherals - Familiarity with Office applications - Understanding of network security principles including firewalls Nice-to-have Skills: - Experience with VPN setup and maintenance - Familiarity with various operating systems such as Windows, Mac OS, and Linux - Proficiency in ServiceNow and Remedy for issue tracking - Knowledge of computer hardware components and troubleshooting techniques This position offers a competitive salary along with opportunities for professional growth within our dynamic IT team.
