Fives Landis Corp. is actively seeking an Installation Warranty Technician - Manufacturing to join its team in Hagerstown, Maryland.

We are currently seeking an Installation Warranty Technician - Manufacturing who has the same desire to prove that industry can do it!

At Fives we all have a part to play in achieving our common purpose. Your role will be to :

• Provide service and customer support during field visits of precision cylindrical grinding, centerless grinding and double disc grinding machines.
• Manage all on site repairs, maintenance, and test tasks.
• Identify and diagnose errors or technical problems and determine the proper solution to resolve unique situations.
• Produce timely and detail service reports.
• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendation.
• Build positive relationships with customers.

We are seeking someone who has a minimum of a High School diploma, GED or equivalent, Able to travel 60% of the time. If you are comfortable dealing with customers, a self-starter and committed to detail, then we are eager to change the world with you!
