We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our support team in Orlando. The ideal candidate is a go-getter who wants to make an impact in everything S/he does, maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times and ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Position is located in Orlando
* At least 1 year of customer support/service experience, ideally for a technology product with international clients
* Online chat support experience
* Native-level English Speaker - advanced proficiency in written and spoken English
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, a real team-player
* Service-oriented personality with a can-do attitude
* Strong problem solving/troubleshooting skills
* Strong ability to operate multiple applications and platforms
* Commitment to excellence: willing to accept constructive feedback, and drive toward continuous improvement
* Detail-oriented, capable of handling multiple responsibilities at once
* Proficiency with data analysis in excel- an advantage
* Familiarity with Zendesk, Jira and automated support/helpdesk systems- an advantage
