We are looking for a Fraud Analyst to support our client’s business operations across the globe. This role will join a team of specialists whose goal is to provide the first level of support in identifying and investigating potential product license abuse. Interested candidates should have previous experience conducting high-volume investigations, excellent analytical skills, and a high attention to detail.
This is a remote role and may be performed from anywhere within the U.S.
Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
Review and analyze high volumes of product and licensing use for indicators of fraud
Conduct varying levels of investigation to verify product authenticity
Process high volumes of cases autonomously and with a high level of accuracy
Escalate cases as appropriate
Support ad-hoc investigations across the fraud organization
Communicate effectively with internal and external partners via email and phone
Work with discretion and maintain the confidentiality of FiveBy and its clients
Required Abilities, Skills, and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
2 years of professional work experience in a high-volume investigative/problem-solving role, preferably within anti-fraud operations/trust and safety
Demonstrated ability to identify details/patterns amid large quantities of data
Computer literate and able to learn new programs as needed
Able to communicate professionally across channels
Process driven and task oriented
Preferred Abilities, Skills, and Experience
Knowledge of, or experience with, SQL or other relational databases
Prior experience in e-commerce, subscriptions, and product licensing

Work environment and physical demands
In order to perform this role, the selected employee must be able to operate within a standard office environment, with or without reasonable accommodation. This role requires the ability to stand or sit for long periods of time, communicate with others via speech or text, and use hands or other tools to operate a computer and keyboard. Light to moderate lifting may be required. Due to the nature of our work, employees must be able to uphold the stress of traveling to client sites as well as adapt (within reason) to the conditions of client sites. Regular, predictable attendance is required, as is the ability to work outside of standard business hours as business needs dictate.
