Five Star Swim School is hiring an assistant manager at our busy swim school! We are looking to hire a candidate that has some prior management experience and is well-versed in customer service and running an effective team. We are looking for someone with open availability.

If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this will be a great job for you. Your job will be to assist in overseeing the operations of the school. During a normal day, you can expect to: Oversee employees. Create a work schedule making sure each day is properly staffed. Ensure the facility is clean, safe, and up to all codes. Have good customer service skills with enrolled students and potential new families, greeting, engaging, and being a presence in the facility including on the pool deck. Maintaining the pool safe levels for bathing (training provided). Keep track of revenue and monthly billing for customers.

We are looking for someone to join our team for the long term, minimum of 1 year commitment. Must have a great attitude and be ready to learn all about our business.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
