Five Star Home Health Care is Hiring a Registered Nurse PRN Near Chantilly, VA
Description
Our Registered Nurse (RN) focus primarily on OASIS admissions and passes patient on to the case manager.
We are a 17-year-old full service home health care agency accredited by The Joint Commission - the hospital standard of care.
Job Functions:
- Develops a care plan, which establishes goals based on nursing diagnosis.
- Utilize med/surg skills such as phlebotomy, wound care, and teaching for chronic diseases.
- Supervise, teach and provide clinical direction to LPN and CNA's.
Position: PRN
PRN Rate:
- Start of Care - $110 per visit
- Routine - $85 per visit
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing.
- Two (2) years nursing experience, preferred.
- Home Health Care: 1 year (Preferred)
- Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment.
