Description
Five Star Home Health Care is seeking an experienced and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide assistance with activities of daily living in clients homes in accordance with an established care plan. Under the direction of experienced and collaborative RN Case Managers.
We are a 16-year-old full service home health care agency accredited by The Joint Commission - the hospital standard of care.
Responsibilities
- Provide health care services in patients residences
- Perform domestic and household tasks
- Assist with clients personal care activities
- Document patient provided services
Pay: $25.00 per visit
Requirements
License/Certification:
- CNA License (Required)
Qualifications:
- Proven working experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant
- Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards
- Valid driver’s license
- High school degree
