The Company: 5 Star Textile Restoration is a fast-paced, restoration dry cleaner in Northern California. Our unique company helps thousands of families recover from the devastating effects of catastrophes such as fire, water, and mold damage. We aid homeowners during these traumatic experiences by picking up, deodorizing, cleaning, and returning all of their soft good items.

The Position: We’re looking for a Office Manager that is self-motivated, enjoys being on the road, and stands up to challenges.

Responsibilities:

· Driving to loss in a company vehicle

· Provide “above and beyond” customer service

· Content Removal and cataloging

· Delivering of jobs

· Follow project to completion to the customer's satisfaction

· Meeting w/ HO and adjuster and/or cleaning company

· Accurately complete all paperwork and documentation

· Uploading pictures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
