Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations and ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of our facilities. This is a leadership role that requires strong technical knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage a team.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and prioritize tasks
- Oversee the repair and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems
- Manage preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and equipment history
- Train and mentor maintenance staff on proper procedures and safety protocols
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards
- Collaborate with other departments to support operational needs

Qualifications
-Strong supervising experience in industrial maintenance, with a focus on mechanical and electrical systems
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics
- Prior experience in maintenance management, including overseeing a team and coordinating maintenance activities
- Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Familiarity with HVAC systems and facilities management
- Ability to work with high voltage equipment and demonstrate leadership in a manufacturing environment
- Proven track record in project management and demonstrating strong organizational and team management skills.
