You will be responsible for the following to residential customers in the Western North Carolina area.

• Construction; Carpentry, Shower and Flooring installation knowledge preferred
• Communicating with homeowners regarding applicable install questions
• Keeping track of Five Star Bath Solutions tools and vehicles
• Responding with urgency and flexibility to meet frequently changing project schedules
• Confirm homeowner approval for work completed
• Updating and maintaining job related information in tracking platform
• Building strong relationships with co-workers, tenants and owners.

Applicants should possess:

• 1-2 year construction/remodel experience
• Basic plumbing experience
• A professional attitude
• Ability to problem solve, and be a self-starter
• Diligent customer service follow-up and follow-through
• Great communication skills, responsiveness with a calm demeanor
• Ability to quickly develop client trust and relationships
• An outgoing, results-driven personality
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• High school diploma (minimum)
• Valid driver's license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
