Getting the Job Done:

·Provideguests and team members with professional, efficient, courteous and genuinehospitality.

·Assiststhe Chef(s) and cooks with basic food preparation.

·Prepsfood items and staples as required, following recipes.

·Ensuresattractive and consistent preparation of all food items.

·Putsaway deliveries and keeps storage areas organized, labeled and ensures proper rotationof stock so the first in is first out. Keeps all perishable and prepared fooddated.

·Maintainsthe cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, tools and supplies.

·Informsthe Chef(s) of food items and supplies that need to be replenished.

·Adheresand maintains standards for sanitation and food safety.

·Completesall tasks assigned by the Executive Chef/F&B Manager and/or Hotel Manager(s),which may include assisting the servers, trash removal, and dish washing.

·Attendsall mandatory meetings and timely completes all required training.

·Abilityto grasp, bend, stoop and push, pull and lift 30 bls.

Experience for Success:

·1-yearKitchen food preparation experience or equivalent education

·HighSchool diploma or equivalent

·Willingnessto work in a fast paced and physically active work environment

·Staterequired Food Handlers Certification
