Getting the Job Done:

·Provideguests and team members with professional, efficient, courteous and genuinehospitality.

·Maintainsall public spaces and the parking cleanliness

·Dutiesinclude dusting (high and low), polishing furniture, trash removal, mopping andvacuuming.

·Reportall damage, repairs and replacement of supplies to the appropriate department.

·Maintaincleanliness and safety to the property specific best practices and Brandstandards.

·Attendall mandatory meetings and complete all the required training.

·Greetall guests and team members and warmly engage.

·Anticipatesguest’s needs and offers services prior to the guest asking.

·Beaware of the Guest Service Scores and understand your role ensuring guestsatisfaction.

·Completeall tasks assigned by the Housekeeping Manager and/or Hotel Manager(s), whichmay include cleaning of guest rooms and laundry.

·Attendsall mandatory meetings and timely completes all required training.

·Abilityto grasp, bend, stoop and push, pull and lift 30 bls.

Experience for Success:

·Housekeepingexperience a plus

·HighSchool diploma or equivalent

·Previouscustomer service experience

·Willingnessto work in a fast paced and physically active work environment
