Value-Based Care Data Analyst

Position Overview

The Value-Based Care Analyst will support the mission and vision of Five Rivers Health Center by evaluating value-based care efforts and serving as organizational expert in value-based care (VBC) contracts.

General Responsibilities

• Supports VBC efforts by performing regular assessment of program data, including but not limited to CPC, CMC, ACO REACH, and payer-specific contracts.
• Translates data from various sources into usable, workable reporting to support efforts to improve outcomes and revenue through value-based contracts.
• Performs supplemental data submission to improve performance in value-based contracts.
• Works directly with and understands needs of various management and executive projects related to VBC and translates these data needs into reports and visualizations.
• Performs advanced analysis of clinical data and acts as backup to Data Specialist.
• Collaborates with risk adjustment staff to identify and close coding gaps. Maintains relationships with payer and contract representatives. In conjunction with accounting, tracks revenue expected from VBC contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in epidemiology, public health, statistics, or related field required
• 2-5 years related work experience in healthcare and/or data management preferred
• EPIC experience preferred
• Advanced Excel experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
