We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Compliance and Credentialing Administrator to join our team.

Job Description:

As a Compliance and Credentialing Administrator at FPDS you will be responsible for ensuring that all affiliated dental practices comply with relevant regulations and maintain up-to-date credentials. Your role will be instrumental in upholding our commitment to excellence and integrity in dental practice management. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of federal, state, and local regulations affecting dental practices and ensure that affiliated practices are compliant with all applicable laws and standards.
  • Credentialing Management: Oversee the credentialing process for dentists, hygienists, and other dental professionals, ensuring that all necessary licenses, certifications, and qualifications are current and properly documented.
  • Policy Development: Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Audit and Monitoring: Conduct regular audits and assessments of affiliated dental practices to identify areas for improvement and ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Training and Education: Provide training and educational resources to dental practice staff on compliance-related topics, including HIPAA regulations, infection control protocols, and OSHA requirements.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of credentialing activities, compliance audits, and training initiatives.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks related to regulatory compliance, credentialing, and practice operations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including practice managers, clinical directors, and legal counsel, to address compliance issues and promote a culture of ethical behavior.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare compliance, credentialing, or regulatory affairs, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting.
  • Strong understanding of HIPAA, OSHA, and other regulatory requirements relevant to dental practices.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
