Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry or hospitality management, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Train and mentor team members on company policies and procedures
- Assist in food preparation, including quality control and presentation
- Manage inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food service industry, coffee shop, restaurant, hotel, or catering preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and sanitation regulations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
