The job of the Store Manager is multi-faceted. This individual must cultivate and facilitate the values of Five Daughters Bakery among staff as they train, coach, develop, and lead. As well, the Store Manager is responsible for creating an atmosphere - both in actual storefronts and among the Sales team - that welcomes every customer. And, as part of the Leadership Team, this person is tasked to carry out the vision and goals of FDB, as we introduce new products, systems and processes.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Leader of and primary point of contact for the Sales Team.

Check special orders daily and communicate adjustments and/or necessary preparation tasks.

Qualifications and Skills:

High School diploma or equivalent.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
