What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Conduct property showings, open houses, and tours to showcase available properties
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential properties
- Guide clients through the real estate process, providing expert advice and guidance
- Negotiate contracts and terms on behalf of clients to ensure favorable outcomes
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, industry developments, and local regulations
What We're Looking For:
- Arizona Real Estate License (required)
- Proven track record of success in real estate sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the Tucson real estate market and surrounding areas
