Fitness Machine Technicians is Hiring a Remote Scheduler

- Answer incoming phone calls from customers
- Describe service offerings and pricing to customers
- Efficiently schedule appointments for technicians in our field service software (training provided)
- Provide documentation and directions to technicians as necessary
- Call/email/text customers about scheduling their service or rearranging service calls
- Above-average computer abilities. Experience using Word, Excel, Google Sheets, handling email attachments, file organization, and learning new software for scheduling
- Good-natured with extremely professional customer service skills. Prior customer service experience is preferred
- Experience working with a team
- Familiarity with Google Maps or other navigation applications
- Knowledge of the surrounding territory
