Hudson's not-so-secret speakeasy is looking for new members to join its team! This local escape from the norm is part of a small, growing restaurant group which includes local staples Rail Trail Flatbread Co. and New City Microcreamery and offers not only a fast-paced, fun environment serving high-end food and luxurious cocktails, but benefits including vacation and health insurance.
Vintage but not old-fashioned, our team creates and serves classic-style cocktails with modern, fresh, and inventive ingredients, pairing them with small-plate steakhouse fare from our scratch kitchen.
This position would include assisting the Executive Chef and Sous Chef with administrative duties such as inventory and invoicing as well as working line shifts As a member of our team you will gain the opportunity to understand the restaurant business on a deeper level as well as the ability to have a level of creative freedom with specials and new menu items.
