Position Summary:
The Assistant Club Manager (ACM) is a dynamic leadership role at Fitness Connection, directly supervising 5-20 hourly teammates in the Club Manager's absence. With responsibilities spanning member and guest satisfaction, sales generation through memberships and retail, expense control, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and leading the team towards excellence, the ACM is essential in operating the club productively and efficiently.
