Job Description: Front Desk Agent
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Register guests and assign rooms, ensuring all necessary information is obtained
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and handle guest inquiries
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes, including payment collection
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Assist with proofreading and transcribing documents as needed
- Support event planning and project coordination activities
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a front desk agent or in a similar customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in using Google Suite or similar software for clerical tasks
- Familiarity with medical office procedures is a plus
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Attention to detail for accurate filing and record keeping
