WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
The Operations Manager at FitLore plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence to uphold top-tier quality, safety, and service standards across our facilities. Collaborating closely with dedicated facilities managers, operations staff, and service teams, this role entails crafting, implementing, and refining internal processes. Moreover, it necessitates adept management of vendor relationships and a steadfast commitment to prioritizing exceptional customer service for our members.
We're seeking an individual with a wealth of experience in the wellness industry, coupled with proficiency in operations, fitness, and administration. This dynamic role involves regular travel within New York City, both as part of a structured schedule and to provide on-the-ground support when staffing or operational needs arise. The ideal candidate is meticulously organized, adept at problem-solving, and dedicated to delivering results.
