In attempt to provide accessible training for all we offer FREE community classes every Saturday, Sunday and Monday. You can also catch us sizzling food and running an obstacle course with kids over the summer at the Cambie Village Summer Sizzler.Whatever our client's health and fitness goals are, we will guide them every step of the way because their success is our success.Job Description Greet clients and guests in a welcoming and professional manner and maintain strong relationships that promote trust & client satisfaction;Perform on-going, shift-specific duties (administrative and other) related to the operations of personal training practices;Responsible for the consistent application of existing policies and procedures including the enforcement of our established 'rules' and behavioural expectations of clients and staff;Schedule, book and take payments for appointments, classes and programs. Accuracy and attention to detail is very important;Answer or make telephone calls, return emails and take care of client or visitor requests and inquiries. Process payment transactions for services, programs and classes;Be knowledgeable about the programs and services offered by Fit In 30 Minutes and be able to appropriately respond to client enquiries, to educate clients about the scope of Fit In 30 Minutes and how the studio can help them attain their health and fitness goals;Take direction from the Manager and/or Assistant ManagerAssist in the promotion of programs, services and memberships and provide information to prospective clients who enter the studio seeking information about what Fit In 30 Minutes has to offerOther duties as required.Qualifications Minimum 2 years of customer service, clerical and administrative experience;Contentious and professional, with respect for detail and doing a job well: the first time.Post-secondary education with a focus on Kinesiology, Health Sciences or related field a strong assetExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Computer experience, including Google and Mac applicationsAs a member in the Fit IN 30 Minutes team, employees must consistently demonstrate the following;Delivery of exceptional client service experienceCommitment to and understanding of the principles of integration, collaboration and innovactionEmbodiment of a philosophy of professionalism, excellence, health and wellness at all timesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsCapacity to use time and resources effectively and efficientlyDedicated orientation towards resultsAbility to work in a diverse, fast-paced and dynamic environmentAdditional InformationWork Perks!Full access to the studio and all equipmentQuarterly team outingsOpportunity for development and growth in a fast growing company
