- Perform 45 and/or 60 minute Personal Training sessions with members using functional training as a base model for member exercise plans.
- Implement a comprehensive exercise plan for each client and promote Fit Factory programs, products and services.
- Establish and maintain communication with clients to ensure client retention is high and client results are high.
- Strong knowledge in all aspects of Personal Training
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong knowledge and experience with functional training
- 6 months to 1 year of Personal Training experience is preferred
- Minimum 1-2 recent work references
- Competitive Hourly rate based on experience and skills
