Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Host/Busser.

As a Host/Busser, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience. Your main responsibilities will include greeting and seating guests, assisting with bussing tables, and providing excellent customer service.

Duties:

- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome upon arrival

- Seat guests and provide them with menus

- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area

- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests

- Assist servers with delivering food and beverages to tables

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders

- Assist in catering events and functions as needed

Skills:

- Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene standards

- Excellent customer service skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Basic knowledge of food handling procedures

- Familiarity with the hospitality or food industry is a plus

- Ability to work well as part of a team

- Strong communication skills

• Monday to Friday
