We are looking for a responsible Pharmacy Clerk to assist customers’ experience in a fast-paced pharmacy. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring all customers’ needs are met. We want you to demonstrate your compassion and empathy for others by helping people feel good about our brand and the services they can get from our pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Display outstanding customer service skills by greeting customers, and providing friendly, courteous service at all times. Display this same courtesy to co-workers as well.
• Be professional in appearance and demeanor.
• Assist the customer with the purchase of over the counter drugs.
• Order stock, stock shelves.
• Handling sales transactions with the customer.
• Assist in various other activities as directed by the general operation of the store as needed, such as answering the telephone, taking prescriptions from customers, etc.

Skills

• Understanding of how to work with customers and how to provide them with top customer service
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
• Ability to perform under pressure and maintain composure during rush hour
• Professional attitude and ability to understand directions in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.20 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
