Requirements :

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent ability to manage and build relationships
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed acquisition goals
• Advanced skills in communicating, selling and negotiating
• Unrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective customer needs
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Inbound and outbound calling
• Scheduling appointments with clients who request our benefits
• Presenting and explaining insurance products and benefits packages over Zoom video call
• Sell and up sell insurance to new and existing clients
• Completing applications for insurance products
• Report daily numbers
• Attend optional training classes

We are currently looking to fill an Entry-Level Sales Management position within our company. We are a subsidiary of a Fortune 500 company, well established with a solid business and marketing model, looking to expand within the MA area over the next 1-2 years.

We only promote from within, and it is based on personal performance, not on seniority. We are family oriented, and we offer a supportive and encouraging work environment.

Entry level associate and fast-track management positions are available. First year associates yearly earnings between 65K and 100k respectively.

We are training our leaders to earn six figures in their first 1-2 years in the business. Earnings are uncapped due to weekly bonuses, commission advances and recruiting bonuses and 100% are performance based in all levels of the career.
