Purpose of Position:
Looking for a friendly new addition to our team to help a growing small business! This person would be assisting with customer service, retail sales, packing orders, inventory and other duties as assigned at either of our locations. We have a small team so good communication skills and a sense of humor are a must!
Duties and Responsibilities
The Retail Sales Associate will provide assistance and coordination for the following:
- Customer Service - Work with customers over the phone, and on the sales floor
- Process exchanges and returns
- Take inventory counts
- Assist with Events
- Pack Orders
- Tag Product
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Must be able to work Saturdays 12-5
- Physically able to lift 50 pounds
- Possess excellent customer service skills
- Organized and detail oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Anchorage-based
- *Fly fishing & outdoor enthusiast a plus!
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
