As a window cleaning technician candidate, you can expect --
Two weeks of paid training on best practices to provide professional window cleaning services to commercial and residential clients. Meeting at the home office in Destin daily while in your first 90 days and 3-4 times a week after to receive work, on-going training and just being part of the team. Opportunities for growth into leadership positions as the organization grows. The ability to own your schedule and income. The ability to look around Northwest Florida and say -- I did that as the windows across the shore and more sparkle.
Typical Schedule: Mon-Fri, 7:30am – 3:30pm
