Job Title Staff Accountant What does a successful Staff Accountant do at Fiserv? A successful Staff Account will own the preparation of our daily account reconciliations while embracing change, problem solving and data analytics. What you will do: Prepare, review, and analyze balance sheet account reconciliations in accordance with the Generally Accepted Accounting Procedures (GAAP) Complete monthly journal entries, research and resolve reconciling items timely Analyze various financial reports and prepare variance analysis when needed. What you will need to have: Understanding of accounting and/or financial processes Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field Ability to work with diverse network of people What would be great to have: Experience identifying and communicating potential risks in accounts Experience in the preparation of balance sheet account reconciliations Automated accounting systems, such as SAP This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, New York or Washington.
