Only Die Setters with 5 years of die-setting experience will be considered.

The Senior Die Setter/Product Change Technician is responsible for setting and pulling plastic injection molds based on the manufacturing requirements.

1. Set and pull molds following mold changeover procedures and standards.

2. Verify proper mold and machine setup

3. Manage mold preventive maintenance system with Lead Product Change Technician and Tool Room Technician

4. Verify all processes are set to master process sheet

5. Submit parts to Quality for approval

6. Communicate with Material Handlers regarding material scheduling

7. Unload molds from trucks if necessary

8. Communicate with Team Leader and Maintenance regarding issues that may arise during mold changes

9. Promote a safe and 5s working environment

10. Promote continuous improvements

11. All other task assigned by the Lead Product Change Technician and Team Leader

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
