Job Description

About the team:

FIS is looking for a Business Process Analyst Senior to build out the customer experience and strategic roadmap for our Global Portals and Digital Content within Merchant Solutions. You will report to the Senior Director of Business Process where you will have the opportunity to think strategically while also partner with cross-functional teams to focus on project execution.

What you will be doing:

This role will work alongside both external consultants and internal teams to design the desired client and colleague experience within Global customer operations. You will work closely with all stakeholders to come to an agreement on the solution design, review and own the capability requirements, support platform testing and user-acceptance testing, and report on program successes.

You will use analytical insights and innovation to create, simplify and deliver processes that will enhance the customer experience across Global operations.

You will be expected to keep up to speed with new capabilities offered in the market and assess their viability for use within FIS, working closely with, but not limited to, Product, Change Management, Finance, Operations and Technology to implement where necessary.

  • Create and maintain the strategic program roadmap with the primary focus on improving the Customer Experience.
  • Represents Global Operations to ensure new capabilities or enhancements required are raised with Product and are appropriately prioritized for delivery.
  • Gathering and analyzing information, developing and communicating recommendations.
  • Reviewing processes end to end, identifying root causes, and proposing solutions.
  • Acts as the "go to" person for questions and problems for your responsibilities
  • Surveys and analyses best practices for techniques and processes.
  • Organizes, leads, and facilitates cross-functional project teams.
  • Communicate team progress.
  • Performs cost and benefit analysis.

What you bring:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization, e.g., executive, management, individual contributors
  • Excellent training/presentation skills to educate the organization on new or updated processes
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, interpersonal, team building, negotiation, conflict management and time management skills
  • Willingness to shares relevant technical, process, and/or industry knowledge and expertise to other resources
  • Ability to persuade and influence others on the most appropriate approach to take
  • Is resourceful and proactive in gathering information and sharing ideas

Added bonus if you have:

  • Broad knowledge of FIS' Merchant Solutions products and services, business practices and processes
  • Experience building a global Knowledge Management program leveraged by both internal and external with content in multiple formats
  • Advanced proficiency in at least one appropriate process methodology, e.g., ISO, Lean, Six Sigma
  • Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or agile experience and systems development experience
