What you will be doing

* Building up and leading the Testing Team to the success of project
* Defining the scope of testing within the context of each release / delivery
* Deploying and managing resources for testing
* Applying the appropriate test measurements and metrics in the product and the Testing Team
* Planning, deploying and managing the testing effort for any given engagement.
* Identifying products to be assessed in the software review process.
* Defining the appropriate test to be carried out including the test data to be used.
* Managing the test data by documenting the results of each test cycle to identify flaws.
* Liaising with the software development team.
* Running diagnostic and system testing and presenting the information to the relevant stakeholders.
* Interacting with and coordinating the development and validation team and ensuring that effective communication takes place.

What you bring:

Primary Skills
* 10 years of experience in developing effective, reusable and maintainable automated functional test framework and test cases.
* Experience in Selenium UI Testing Suite
* Experience in Service Testing SOAP, REST services
* Experience in Banking domain
* Experience in manual test execution and test script preparation
* Good knowledge of using issue management tools
* Exposure to banking and financial sector
* SQL knowledge would be a plus.
* Exposure to commercial lending and/or retail banking would be an advantage
* Exposure towards integration testing
